Country Living have revealed the top 10 most popular dog names of 2019. The list has been compiled from Rover’s annual report, which collates data from over 2 million dog owners in the UK.
British dog owners draw their inspiration for dog names from a wide variety of sources – ranging from popular foods (Waffle, Cookie, Biscuit) to celebrities (Madonna, Bowie).
The top 10 dog names in the UK are:

- Poppy
- Alfie
- Lola
- Max
- Charlie
- Luna
- Bailey
- Teddy
- Buddy
